When an inquiry comes in, one of the very first questions is “HOW MUCH?” The cost of a delivery is $400 per day as the fee for services, plus expenses.

Expenses: Includes items such as fuel, food, parts, service calls if needed, and crew transportation, either flights or sometimes a rental car. Buffalo, NY is often the start-point for the crew.

Once both parties have committed to a definite start date, a deposit is required.  During the delivery careful accounting is done with copies of all receipts, which are pasted into a trip logbook, to be later mailed to the owner. A set of photocopies is made of the logbook covering the total fee less deposit, plus all expenses with their receipts. At destination a detailed fax will be transmitted to the owner. This will consist of a copy of the logbook, plus the final invoice.

The owner will be prepared to wire transfer the final balance immediately on completion of the delivery.
